I had the privilege of reading a draft copy of the lead judgment just delivered by my learned brother, Obande Festus Ogbuinya, JSC. I Agree with his reasoning and conclusion arrived at to the effect that the appeal is devoid of merit. I too dismiss the appeal and abide by the orders made in the lead judgment.
